International Residential Summer Dance Intensive 2025

All students will work in classes suited to their individual standard, offering a wonderful experience to work with and learn about students studying different methods of dance from all parts of Australia and Overseas.

Dates: Sunday 12th January to Saturday 21st January 2025

Venue: Ormond College - University of Melbourne College Crescent,  Parkville 3052

About the program

• Experience a week of full-time dance at Melbourne University’s beautiful Ormond College.

• Participate in four 1.5-hour classes a day and choreographic workshops in the evenings. All classes taken by leading renowned professional teachers.

• Classes include Classical, Contemporary, Character Dance, Repertoire, Jazz, and Production. 

• A range of nutritious meals is available for students to choose from. All diets catered for. 

• Students 13 years and upwards will have single-room accommodation. Where possible, students 12 years and under will stay in twin rooms. 

Eligibility

Minimum age: 11 years on 12th January 2025

Minimum standard: Working on Grade 5 syllabus or higher of a recognised method of ballet.
