SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Shipping Costs

    • Within Australia
      National Office may contact you within 2-3 business days to help you cover the cost of your selected shipping method if applicable.

    • Outside Australia 
      Please contact 
      National Office to place your order.
      Include: item number, name, quantity, shipping address.
      Invoice with shipping cost will be sent within 2-3 business days.

      Shipping cost are standard and they may vary after you place your order.

  2. Processing your Order
    An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
    If you ordered physical merchandise, you will receive a separate email with tracking number, once this has been processed. 

     

  3. Shipment Processing Time
    After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within the next 5 business days. Most orders may ship within as few as 2 business days and some other may take up to 14 days. Depending on stock and staff availability. We will contact you if we are expecting delays.
     

  4. Please note:

    • Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm AEST. If you select express post for physical merchandise keep in mind same day delivery may not be possible.

    • Orders are only processed and shipped during office hours, except holidays.

    • Date of delivery may vary due to to carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, method (standard or express), and the items ordered.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We offer refunds, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set our in this Refund & Replacement Policy.

Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

  1. Under the Australian Consumer Law our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us (memberships), and you are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

  2. We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

  3. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

DIGITAL CONTENT ~ TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Your use of the Cecchetti Ballet Australia Inc. digital download products is conditional upon your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

General Information

  1. The digital product must be downloaded during the 30 day period which starts immediately after time of purchase. After this period the link will expire. The ability to download past this time period is solely at the discretion of Cecchetti Ballet Australia Inc. and is only permissible with prior arrangement through the Cecchetti National office.

  2. The download of your purchased digital product might be packaged in a zip compressed file and must be downloaded to a Desktop or Laptop/Notebook Computer. Mobile devices such as phones, Android based tablets, etc. might not be supported.

  3. If buyers fail to download within the stated 30 day period we will renew the download link only once.

  4. Please note, we will endeavour to resolve issues which are caused by technical errors originating from the Cecchetti Ballet Australia Inc. website or host server, however we do not have the resources to trouble shoot your computer set up problems.


Digital Content Usage Rules:

  1. You are permitted to use the products for personal use and commercial use as defined by Cecchetti Ballet Australia Inc. Commercial use is defined as teaching of the Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet (ie: educational purposes.) You are not permitted to use the products for redistribution, transfer, assignment or sub licensee, to the extent permitted by copyright law.

  2. You shall be permitted to export, burn (if applicable) or copy (if applicable) products solely for personal, non-commercial use.


Digital Content System Requirements:

  1. Use of downloadable music content services will require a device such as a computer with a music playback program installed, internet access (fees may apply), and certain software (fees may apply), and may involve obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time.

  2. High speed internet access is strongly recommended.


Digital Content Cancellation Rights:

  1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty until delivery of the product has started. This is defined as completion of the PayPal purchase transaction. At this point an automated email with download link is sent to the buyers email address as provided during the PayPal process.

  2. Cecchetti Ballet Australia Inc. reserves the right to not refund a digital content order once delivery of the product has begun. The download service commences immediately after completion of the PayPal purchase transaction and you will not have the right to withdraw or cancel your order after this point.

Unauthorised Distribution: Unauthorised distribution or sharing of the digital product, including sharing login credentials or downloadable files, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Please respect our copyright and intellectual property rights.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title and description thoroughly.

Under Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy, Cecchetti Ballet Australia offer refunds and replacements for our digital products.

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
•    You purchased multiples of the same product accidentally
We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here.
•    There is a technical problem with the product
First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please contact the national office here. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. 
•    The product was misrepresented in the description
We consider an item to be "misrepresented" when the delivered item does not match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:
•    You no longer need the purchased product.
•    You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
•    You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
•    You don’t have the correct software to open and play the product. Software requirements may be listed in several ways, including file type, or product description. 
•    You bought an item by accident.
•    You feel that the item is of low quality.
•    You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
•    You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. 
•    Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.

•    Raising an issue


The customer has 30 days to raise an issue, after that time all sales are final. You can raise an issue by emailing at admin@cecchettiballet.org


We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 30 days of receiving them.
